COCKTAIL Sugarplum Rouge

The perfect cocktail to toast the holidays with at your holiday festivities, this mix of gin, frozen lemonade concentrate, sugar, peach gelatin powder, unsweetened tropical punch mix plus a splash of tonic water for some celebratory bubbles is elegant and tasteful. Garnished with simple gumdrops, my Sugarplum Rouge is extra sweet.

Ingredients
Makes: 6 drinks
  • 1 cup gin, Tanquerey®
  • 6 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1⁄4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free peach gelatin powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon unsweetened tropical punch mix
  • T onic water
  • G umdrops

Directions

In a large pitcher, combine gin, lemonade concentrate, sugar, gelatin powder, and punch mix. Stir in 5 cups water. Serve in glasses. Add a splash of tonic water to each glass. Garnish with gumdrops.
